Brussels is much less vegan friendly than one would expect of the capital of Belgium but there are still some nice places to discover.

Eating out

Vegan restaurants

There is only one vegan restaurant:

  • Den Teepot, on Rue des Chartreux 66. It is usually open for lunch, and organic macro-biotic food is served.

Vegetarian restaurants

  • There's an Egyptian falafel place at Anspach. Probably the tastiest falafel in town. And no meat is served here.
  • Dolma on Chaussee d'Ixelles. Vegetarian buffet in the evening.

Other
