Add in a layer of fried caramalised chopped onions, mushrooms,

Blend together with stick blender
- 1 block of tofu
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable bouillon mix
- 1 dessertspoon of yeast flakes
- 1 dessertspoon of chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
- 1 dessertspoon of tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of drained, pitted, green olives
- 1 clove of garlic
add a thick layer of this on top of the ackee.
add some artistically arranged slices of red pepper
bake in an oven at 180 celsius for 30 to 35 minutes until firm and slightly crispy on top.
Eat with crispy salad
