Best Vegan recipe for Quiche ?

Line an oven dish with vegan short crust pastry

Add in a layer of fried caramalised chopped onions, mushrooms ,

add a layer of drained ackee

Blend together with stick blender

• 1 block of tofu

• 1 teaspoon of vegetable bouillon mix

• 1 dessertspoon of yeast flakes

• 1 dessertspoon of chopped parsley

• 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard

• 1 dessertspoon of tomato ketchup

• 1 tablespoon of drained, pitted, green olives

• 1 clove of garlic

add a thick layer of this on top of the ackee.

add some artistically arranged slices of red perpper

bake in an oven at 180 c for 30 - 35 minutes until firm and slightly crispy on top

eat with crispy salad
