Shady Pines is an all Vegan Food Court in the Cully neighborhood of Portland, OR.
History
Founded by Fatsquatch co-owner Lukkah Churchill, Christine Neary, and Ashley and Lindsey Butler. In September 2019 a go fund me was created,[1].
It was supposed to open in January 2020, but city permitting was holding things up till the end of March. Some carts were closed during the covid-19 pandemic.
