Vtopia Restaurant & Cheese Shop
Vtopia is a Restaurant and Deli style shop in the Goose Hollow neighborhood of Portland, Oregon.
They manufacture their own artisan Cashew Cheese, which is sold in many stores in the U.S. and canada.
Hours: everyday, 11AM-10PM.
History
In December 2013, the married couple Imber Lingard and Mark Jordan launched Vtopian Artisan Cheeses.
Opening of the Restaurant location was on JUL 10 2015[1].
They went through an ownership change in 2016.
