This snack bar sells Manqoushe, some kind of pizza eaten mostly for breakfast, but also at any other time of day. According to staff the Manaqeesh (plural of Manqoushe) with veg and the one with Za'atar, a mixture of thyme or oregano with sesame seeds and more spices, are vegan and so are the spinach turnovers.

The Manaqeesh are all baked in the same oven and it could happen that yours will get in touch with a meat or a cheese Manqoushe or be handled with the same stick the meat and cheese pizzas are handled with.
