Difference between vegetarian and vegan diets
A vegetarian diet is focused on avoiding eating the flesh of animals. For some people it excludes Fish, claiming fish don't feel pain. A vegan diet on the other hand excludes the consumption of all products of the animal industry. This includes not just the flesh of animals but also eggs. some products contain animal parts that are easy to be replace, gelatine for example is one of those.
