Difference between vegetarian and vegan diets

A vegetarian diet is focused on avoiding eating the flesh of animals. For some people it excludes Fish, claiming fish don't feel pain. A vegan diet on the other hand excludes the consumption of all products of the animal industry. This includes not just the flesh of animals but also eggs and dairy.
