When you say milk most people directly think about cow milk. Fortunately there are tons of other types of milk such as soy milk, rice milk, hemp milk, oats milk, almond milk.

Some are excellent to drink, some others to replace milk and cream while cooking.

Those milks are now availlable in most of grocery stores (in developed countries) and in organic shops

You can prepare those milks yourself too.

Mostly just soak ingredients in fresh water overnight, boil it, mix with a powerfull blender and filter it.

The dry residue can be used for other preparations.
