Vegan athletes are found in every kind of sport, from bodybuilding to marathon running. They are a living proof that one can achieve outstanding results even on meat-free and dairy-free diet.
Carl Lewis is an American former track and field athlete who won 10 Olympic medals including 9 gold, and 10 World Championships medals, including 8 gold. Voted World Athlete of the decade (1980s) and Olympic Athlete of the Century (1900s).
