Vege Runners is a Polish amateur sports team for vegetarians.
Mission
Vege Runners' mission is to promote vegetarianism amongst athletes and sport amongst vegetarians.
Members
The team was founded in Kraków by Tomasz Pająk and Bartek Sosna. Currently it includes a few hundreds of runners from all over Poland. Anyone interested in joining the team is accepted, without payment, formalities or requirements as to the candidate's capabilities.
Amongst Vege Runners there are recreational runners as well as marathon and ultra-marathon runners.
