Cereals

Cereals are the grains of some plants of the botanic graminéas familly:

• Wheat : Common wheat (French : Froment, Blé tendre), Durum (French : Blé dur)
• Splet (French : Grand épeautre, engrain)
• Einkorn wheat, (French : Petit épeutre)
• Corn (French: Maïs)
• Rice(French: Riz)
• Barley (French: Orge)
• Oat (French: Avoine)
• Millet (French: Millet, Petit mil)
• Sorgo (French: Sorgho, Grand mil)
• Rye (French: Seigle)

Some other grains are often called céreals or pseudo cereals even if they don't belong to this plant familly :

• Buckwheat (French : Sarrazin) : Kasha (Grilled Buckwheat)
• Quinoa
